What is EcoVadis?

EcoVadis is the global platform for assessing companies’ CSR performance, used by more than 130,000 organizations in 175 countries to audit their suppliers. Its evaluation framework covers four areas:

• Environment: energy, water and waste management, and climate policies.
• Labour & human rights: working conditions, health and safety, and social dialogue.
• Business ethics: anti-corruption, legal compliance, and data protection.
• Sustainable procurement: integration of CSR criteria into supplier selection.

The “Committed” medal is awarded to companies that go beyond stated values by implementing concrete policies, procedures, and KPIs to measure and improve their impact. It is a distinction that reflects accountability.
