Ordering

To place an order, simply choose your products and add them to your cart by clicking the "Add to cart" button on each item page. When you have finished shopping, go to your cart and click on "Checkout".

You will be asked to log in if you already have an account, or to register. Note that if you have lost your password, you can request a new one at any time.

You will then choose a delivery address and a payment method.

Finally, you will see a summary of your order along with a unique online order number. A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided during the login step.

Simply create an account on our website by following the steps indicated on the screen.

To send us a purchase order, you have several options:

To track your order, you must log in to your customer account. Then, go to the "My orders" section and select the relevant order from the list. Once your order is selected, you will have access to the tracking link, the carrier involved, and a summary of the items handled by them.

To modify your order, contact us directly by phone at +33 (0)1 45 10 15 20 (Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 12:15 PM and 1:45 PM to 4:00 PM). Our team will be happy to assist you.

Quotes

You have several options to request a quote:

  • Add products directly to the quote by clicking the "Add to quote" button.
  • Convert your cart into a quote. To do this, go to the cart page and click the "Move to quote" button.
  • Send your request by email to the following address: info@lobrot.com (this method does not allow you to track the progress of your request on the website).

Once your request is received by our team, the quote will be sent to you by email and will be available in your customer account under the "My quotes" section.

To turn your quote into an order, you can:

  • Click on the link in the email, asking you to go to your customer account under the "My quotes" section, in order to accept or reject the commercial proposal.
  • Or go directly to your customer account, "My quotes" section. Then click on the view icon to access the proposal and accept or reject it.

Once the proposal is accepted, you will be automatically redirected to the order checkout page, displaying a summary of your request and allowing you to choose your payment method.

Delivery

Most of our products are shipped within 48 to 72 hours.

The delivery times displayed on our site are average times, recalculated based on your delivery address. Our delivery drivers can adapt to your specific needs to a certain extent. To do this, please fill in the "Delivery specifics" field when confirming your order or quote request.

Of course! For any delivery request outside of Metropolitan France, you must go through the quote request process. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible, Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Proof of delivery is available on the carrier's website, accessible via the tracking link.

Login & Account

Simply go to the "My account" page and click on "Forgot your password?" in the right-hand block, then follow the instructions.

You will instantly receive an email containing a link to reset your password.

Note: It is possible that the email containing the password reset link is blocked by your email provider and ends up in your spam folder. Please check there if you don't receive the email promptly.

Try logging in with your professional email address. If that doesn't work, a member of the support team will be happy to assist you at +33 (0)1 45 10 15 20 . You can also send us an email at support@multiroir.com so we can help you recover your credentials.

You have just created an account on our site and are unable to access it. The creation process immediately sends a validation email asking you to confirm the email address used. Sometimes this email is blocked by spam filters. In this case, it ends up in your spam folder.

Products and Catalogs

Our search engine allows you to find a product by its name or reference. You can also browse through the categories and subcategories, and use the side filters to narrow your search by color, dimensions, materials, etc.

You can also view all our catalogs in digital format directly on the Catalogs & brochures page.

We can provide you with samples. To do this, simply send us a request at info@lobrot.com . Our team will respond as soon as possible to let you know if your request can be fulfilled.

Payment and Invoices

We offer several payment methods on our website:

  • Credit card
  • Instant bank transfer
  • PayPal

For all orders placed outside the website, we accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer: please send your proof of transfer by email to info@lobrot.com, indicating the corresponding order number.
  • Administrative mandate (Mandat administratif)
  • Check

Your invoice is issued starting 72 hours after the delivery of your order. For any online order, the invoice is available to view and download in your "My account" area, under the "My invoices" section.

You can make your payment with complete peace of mind! We have implemented several solutions for online payments. Transactions made on our site are secured by recognized providers (Verifone, Fintecture, PayPal).

All invoices for your orders can be viewed and downloaded (in PDF format) in your "My account" area, under the "My invoices" section.

Credit notes are sent directly to you by email from the billing department. If you wish to use your credit note as a discount on our website, please contact our team at info@lobrot.com.
