How to order?

  1. To place an order, simply choose your products and add them to your basket by clicking on the "Add to basket" button present in each article and reference sheet.
  2. At the end of your shopping, go to your basket and click on "Order".
  3. You will be asked to identify yourself if you already have an account or to register. Note that if you have lost your password, you can request a new one at any time.
  4. You will choose a delivery address and a payment method.
  5. Finally you will be given a summary of your order and a unique internet order number.
  6. A receipt will be presented to you for printing and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided during the identification stage.

How to send us your quote request?

  1. To request a quote on the site, simply select your products, add them to your quote by clicking on the "Quote" button.
  2. At the end of your product selection, go to the "Quote" page, enter your details and click on "Request a Quote".
  3. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered during the login process.
  4. You will receive a personalised quote within 24 hours.

Are the prices on the site exclusive of tax or inclusive of tax?

Multiroir is mainly aimed at professionals, so the prices displayed on our site are all exclusive of tax. The basket will show you the price before tax, the amount of VAT and the total including tax.
