Perfect for protecting hot or cold food, this airtight lid is fitted with a seal and a pressure compensation valve. It is compatible with 1/3 Gastronorm containers over 65 mm high. The lid has a recessed handle, complies with food standards and can withstand a maximum operating temperature of +100°C.
