Hermetic lid INOX 201 - GN 1/2
The stainless steel lid with gasket is ideal for protecting food in a Gastronorm 1/2 bowl. Its integrated valve allows precise pressure regulation. Made from stainless steel with a red silicone seal, it is suitable for a maximum operating temperature of +100°C. Note that it is not suitable for use in ovens or with GN containers less than 65 mm high.
